About the school shooting…it’s just…33 people dead? It’s just hard to process.
I don’t like the drop in intelligence that Nightline has suffered from since changing formats, though. My gosh, all the journasensationalist speak and alliteration and “inflict mayhem” conflicted with some good reporting. But what really shocked me was when they had a report on school shootings overall in the United States. They ended the report with a question like, “why doesn’t this happen in other advanced countries?” Well, didn’t Canada and Germany have relatively recent school shootings? Maybe it doesn’t happen with the same frequency as in the U.S., but still…

I’m still sneezing and coughing, but my condition took a turn for the better today. -phew-

In related news: Bohemian Raspberry, the newest Ben and Jerry’s flavor. Heh, today in Physics and Music we learned that Queen used 108 tracks to record “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
