I'd kinda want to see Zahn's Thrawn trilogy filmed. Mostly because it has Mara Jade. But other than that, I have no idea what I'd do. I'd probably ruin everything if I was allowed to tinker with Star Wars.

Sadly I haven't been watching much TV (still need to finish Downton Abbey) but I'm interested in Elementary and might check it out when work isn't stealing all my time. How has it been so far? I've seen such mixed reactions I have no idea if it's terrible or actually good.

Elementary: If you're okay with very standard procedural cases (CBS is also the network of CSI, NCIS and similar shows), the interactions between the main characters (Holmes, Watson, even Gregson) are what's worth watching. Liu's Watson doesn't let Sherlock order her around like Sherlock does in other adaptations, while Miller's Sherlock is still proud and abrasive but more humbled and human than others.
